Our appointment times range from 15 - 90 minutes. In person and tele-health.
WHAT IS A NURSE PRACTITIONER?
Mātanga tapuhi / nurse practitioners are advanced clinical specialists with masters level education, clinical training and the demonstrated competence and legal authority to practise at an expert level, beyond the scope of the registered nurse.
As autonomous practitioners mātanga tapuhi / nurse practitioners work independently or in collaborative teams with other health professionals. They work towards health promotion, disease prevention, health care access and improved population health outcomes for both communities and specific populations.
